Pin Mill

There are over 20 residential moorings Pin Mill on the tidal River Orwell in Suffolk. The moorings are freehold and are accessed on foot through National Trust land. All the moorings are within the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which is a designated Conservation Area.

You reach the moorings by passing famous Butt & Oyster public house. As well as being a great place for sailing Pin Mill is a great location for artists and painters.

Unfortunately there are many old rusting wrecks which the Babergh District Council would love to see the back of, so there is a great opportunity for somebody to buy one of the old houseboats that is in need of replacing.
