Ryepeck Meadow Moorings

Nauticalia own and run the Ryepeck Meadow Moorings upstream of Shepperton Lock on the River Thames. There is around ten moorings.

They are well run residential moorings which are ideal for a concrete hull floating home.The facilities are very good with your own parking spaces nearby.

The current mooring fee are over £9000 (+ utilities & council tax) per year is good value at long as you utilise the the whole of the mooring. The maximum dimensions of the floating home can be as follows.

This would enable you to have a two storey floating home and by having a concrete hull which can be build into, you could have 180/190 square metres of living space and 90 square metres of roof terrace.
